About the Artist:

Natalie Yu constantly strives to improve her artistic abilities to create effective work while spreading her passion for art. Although skilled in multiple mediums, Natalie continues to experiment with new mediums, such as digital art and animation, and different art styles like the use of inverted color.

Skilled in traditional art, Natalie is able to replicate what she sees in front of her like in a still life. However, she is currently shaping her pieces based on certain phrases or words and interpreting them in ways most generally would not have thought at first. In doing so, Natalie is able to create a portfolio that speaks to her and explore the world around her in an abstract, nonlinear manner.
